New twist on lat pulldowns

Great piece of kit. Adds a new dimension to the ordinary lat pulldown and/or seated row. Find it works the triceps a little harder and the chest muscles. Certainly recommend if you want to add variety to a routine. Would like a version where the outer handgrips rotate as with the single stirrup cable handle, but all in all, a great, sturdy product.
