Rubber ISO Grip Olympic Weights?

In days of old (when cast cost less) there was a significant price difference between professional rubber encased weights & bog standard cast weight plates, however, nowadays, for not a lot more you can purchase these exceptionally well finished professional plates. The major benefits are the high quality rubber casing (which looks better, improves durability, protects floors & equipment), ISO Grip (enabling the weights to be handled easy & even used for exercises by themselves), thicker hub (meaning you do not pinch your fingers when loading a bar) and a steel centre-piece (allowing the weight to slide on the olympic bar easily). We've universally (here at GymRatZ) decided that these are the weight plates we'd purchase for our own home or commercial gym.

2019 Update: OK so York recently introduced their G2 range of Olympic weight plates both in regular cast and in rubber coated. Still having a pair of handles at the top and the rest of the weight plate being solid the G2 plates offer all of the benefits of the ISO-Grip pates with none of the disadvantages so at time of writing the above was true it's no longer the case and the New G2 Olympic plates have easily out-ranked the rubber iso grip plates by a long margin. 
That said, these plates are very tactile and certainly in the smaller sizes the increased thickness isn't such an issue.
