The HeartRate kit helps keep an eye on your current heart rate and helps maintain exercise intensity within your target range, staing in the lower zone if you're starting up an exercise reigieme or maintaining a high intensity level of training for the advanced athlete.

The Seat Pad, is a bit like adding a more comfortable seat to a bicycle, added comfort to start with while your body adapts to new loads and pressures thereby allowing you to keep going for longer without distraction.

Oarsome grips with their air core provide a softer and more forgiving surface to hold on to. As with the seat pad, when starting out on your rowing "adventure" the sudden change in pressure can sometimes lead to discomfort, just like breaking in new shoes your body adapts and changes to the new loads placed upon it and these Oarsome grips offer a great solution to reducing any associated discomfort.
