Xeno Müller WATERROWER differs slightly from the regular WATERROWERs by the following design modifications:

• Xeno Müller's signature vinyl on both the left and right rails
• Wider Handle (17") for added comfort especially for those with broad shoulders
• Lower foot rests for added comfort and greater reach
• Greater and safer enjoyment of rowing for a lifetime.

The WATERROWER Xeno Müller Signature Edition has been specifically designed in collaboration with US Olympian and single scull record holder Xeno Müller. This special edition rower features a wider 17" handle and lower footrests for an increased range. Another special feature is Xeno's signature included on the rails of either side of the rower thus inspiring you to row like an Olympian!

The Xeno Müller Signature Edition features the latest Series IV (S4) Performance Monitor, which utilizes modern PC connectivity (via provided USB cable) to interface with rowing software including the analytical WaterCoach FIT, and online, head-to-head web-racing Netathlon and We-Row.

UPDATE: 2017 - "We-Row is alive and kicking - Although we haven't used the service ourselves it runs on Google Chrome Browser so isn't PC/Mac specific.  All reports we've had have been favourable so for the moment we-row seems to be back after a long spell of development and working well..".

*All WATERROWERs are sent on a next working day delivery direct from UK Distributor which will be pre-booked for your convenience. Note:  stock is regularly changing and during very busy periods stock shortages can occur giving rise to increased lead times although this is the exception rather than the norm.

Whats the difference between ANT+ and Polar HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) WATERROWER options?

This is a question that gets asked most often before customers purchase, so in case we've left the shop for the day I'll try and simplify things.

Polar - "old school analogue" which needs to have the receiver box plugged into the workout monitor and mounted half way down the side rail with a cable connecting the two. Pretty much outdated technology but hanging on in there. Personally I wouldn't recommend it as it's 15+ year old technology and more than likely on it's way to extinction as sales rapidly decline. (It is however the one we included as the "free HRM" so the difference in changing to the ANT+ is simply the difference in our cost between the 2 versions)

ANT+ - Modern, firmly established and widely used connection protocol adopted my the majority of quality brand Heart Rate receivers and monitors e.g. Garmin and being adopted by an increasing number of smart phones etc.
The "reciever box" is a pre-installed module that fits INSIDE the workout monitor so there is nothing to see externally. As more manufacturers produce ANT+ products there is an increasing abundance of interchangeable chest belts available if replacements are required.  (see WATERROWER ANT+ for more specific product details)
