The Core Standard Adjustable Bench - A simpler design than its bigger brother the Core Heavy Duty Adjustable Bench. The standard bench has adjustable back pad only ( the seat does not adjust) The small seat pad is set at the same angle as the main frame rail making it perfect for incline work but perhaps a little comprimised for flat bench/dumbell press and the fully upright position as would be used for military and shoulder press exercises.
This standard bench is 35% cheaper than the Core heavy-duty fully adjustable bench with adjustable seat making it worthy of consideration perhaps as an additional bench (or 2) to be used in combination with the Heavy Duty, fully adjustable version.

Heavy dutyReview submitted on 19th August 2017 by Phil EWELS Previously I had a well know make (costs about£250) It heavy so the suppprts are narrower but the item is sturdy. Padding is good and it's easy to adjust angle. Definitely value for money, may be double to price of other "commercial" benches but they don't compare. The standard of bench is commerical those others are home gym standard |
