International 5ft Olympic Bar

Matt writing. The International 5ft Olympic Bar benefits from a grippy 44" 30mm diameter shaft complimented by hard-chrome split-sleeves. This makes for a comfortable bar for use and a hard-wearing one too.

Frequently asked question:  How many rubber Iso plate weights can you fit on the shorter pins of this bar?

"I have the 5ft bar here.  They differ slightly in weight from bar to bar - this one is 12.7kg . You could safely expect the bar to weight between 12 to 12.5kg
Rubber Iso plates are quite a deep plate you can load 3 X 5kg on each end or 2 X 10kg,15kg,20kg or 25kg so it's fair to say that your maximum loading with this plate type would be 100kg "   Debs
