Couldn't be happier with the service from GymRatz - the product itself is fantastic however the top strap is too long for my liking - it trails along the floor and I will have to get these cut down.

Nearly as expensive as top end cycling shoes!! But, oh, they are so good. Stable as a rock. Worth it!

Great Oly Shoe

I bought these shoes to replace my older reebok lifters. I love them. They feel much more solid than my previous shoes. They do have a higher heel height which is of benefit to me. I love them for squatting and any of my olympic lifts. Only downside for me is I crossfit too and they are definately no good for wods. They are too heavy and solid to do anything in other than lifting so I will stick to my lifters for wods but will definately opt to wear these for all my accessory work.

After reading other reviews I was expecting something special with these Romaleos and I've not been disappointed. The quality of the shoes are excellent and, as advised by GymRatz, I purchased the same size as my Nike running shoes - they fit perfectly. The shoes are a real confidence giver and have encouraged me to push on with my 5x5 program. You feel absolutely solid and very well supported, especially with squats - now pushing out 5x5 over 120kg. Well worth the money.

The Nike Romaleos shoes are the best purchase I've made for my training by far.
I'm a competitive Powerlifter and my squat has always been my weak point, as I have particularly long legs. The elevation in the shoe allows me a deeper squat with greater quad activation, which has not only improved my max lift but also my leg hypertrophy. The stability of the shoe is unrivalled and I can feel exactly where I need to apply force to te ground.
Gymratz customer relations and delivery was top notch as well, 10/10 would shop here again.

Fantastic service from Gymratz! I received my shoes to Ireland after only 2 days of placing the order. I absolutely love my new lifters! My feet feel so stable and locked in when wearing them. Definitely an investment and well worth every cent.
