As per all Olympic Benches featured, they are designed for use with a 7ft bar or *oversized international olympic bar (*special order through GymRatZ).

MATT NOTE: The light-commercial York FTS Olympic Fixed Flat Bench has a bench height of 46cm, which is the common height of an adjustable bench. A competition olympic flat bench has a bench height of 40cm, like the GymRatZ fixed Olympic Flat Benches.
